1967 GTO

1967 Pontiac GTO

Steve Strope and Pure Vision Design arrived at SEMA 2025 with a stunning 1967 Pontiac GTO featured in the Dynamat booth. The GTO was a masterclass in "restraint and purpose," designed as a clean, high-end customer build that emphasizes drivability and a timeless silhouette. The car is finished in a deep metallic blue paint sourced from the Lamborghini Urus palette, which perfectly complements its refined stance and flush-mounted door handles borrowed from a '69–'70 Grand Prix. Under the hood, the original 400-cu.in. engine was massaged by Penta Motorsports into a 462-cu.in. powerhouse, backed by a Hughes 4L80E transmission and breathing through Magnaflow headers. The interior, designed by Eric Brockmeyer, continues the exotic theme with Lamborghini leather, custom forged carbon fiber trim, and dark blue Rolls-Royce wool carpeting.
